As my residential client, you will never get a high-powered presentation to persuade you to go beyond your needs and means. That is simply not smart, nor professional. I’ll create designs that do accommodate your needs. Remember, you want a design you can live with. Five years after your home is completed, you want to say, “I wouldn’t change a thing.” That is the sign of your contentment with your home. That is also evidence of great architectural handiwork. I like hearing these words from my client; that is my goal.

Designing to your needs does not mean that your new home will be tame or common; quite the opposite. Your thoughts and my signature style add up to a unique plan. Your new home, addition or renovation is in harmony with your land, your style, and your daily living.
